About the Owner
Lindsey has nearly two decades of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and found her calling in working with the aging population.
Lindsey holds two additional advanced certifications from the National Association of Social Workers: Clinical Social Worker in Gerontology (CSW-G) and Certified Advanced Social Work Case Manager (C-ASWCM). Lindsey is also an Aging Life Care Association Advanced Professional member.
Lindsey has expertise in assessment, benefits education, case management, system navigation, and placement.
Working in multiple healthcare settings, including emergency departments, psychiatric units, and the community, Lindsey has had a front-row seat to the challenges families face when navigating senior care. Watching countless families struggle to find reliable information, understand their options, and know where to turn when making important decisions inspired her to create Chesapeake Crossing Senior Care Advisors.
Her goal is to simplify the process and help families navigate the often confusing and overwhelming world of senior care by offering custom and practical solutions before a crisis occurs.

Lindsey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly two decades of experience within the state of Maryland. She is also a board approved supervisor.
CSW-G
Lindsey holds the Clinical Social Worker in Gerontology (CSW-G) certification through the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) — an advanced professional credential recognizing specialized clinical expertise in working with older adults. This national certification reflects master’s-level training, extensive post-graduate experience in gerontology, and advanced knowledge in aging, long-term care, and senior support services.
C-ASWCM
Lindsey holds the Certified Advanced Social Work Case Manager (C-ASWCM) credential through the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) — an advanced certification recognizing expertise in comprehensive case management for both the individual and if appropriate their families. This credential reflects master’s-level training and post-graduate experience in coordinating care across medical, social, and community systems.
As a C-ASWCM, Lindsey takes a whole-person, “person-in-environment” approach—meaning she can help coordinate multiple aspects of a client’s life when needed, including healthcare, housing, services, and long-term planning. The goal is to work collaboratively with clients and families to support stability, safety, and access to the right resources at every stage of care.
